Her right eye cannot see (silver/blue); she is blind in this eye, however, she has perfect vision in the other. As a hyur, Altessa is pretty average in physically everything aside from the pink hair and eye color.

Usually, she likes to wear in her hair are a variety of flowers - or generally, she wears them somewhere adorned on her clothes. Her brand style volumes to shades of blacks and grays - sometimes white; her closet pallet is pretty simple as far as the color spectrum goes.

it's not obvious speculation, but she does possess garlean magitek that uses the majority of her aether to retain control of - if not ceruleum. Her arms and legs are both replaced with this technology.

Personality

Quiet - Generally she doesn't like to talk much, especially about herself. She's fine asking questions about others.Spitfire - This is a common description used by her friends. Altessa is someone who's hard to offend, but the minute she becomes insulted or someone insults her friends, she holds a grudge and will attempt to solve with logic or violence until resolved. if she's told otherwise or knows otherwise, she won't stand up for certain ones.hit or miss - sometimes she's in a good mood and others she's not. Depending on the side of the coin you sit with her is how she'll treat you. honest & blunt- she's an honest one. if you ask her opinion, she's more than willing to give it to you in a straightforward manner. she's not afraid to hurt your feelings.secretive- often a mystery to most, Altessa doesn't like telling her business very often to strangers. Even to her friend she has difficulties telling them anything relatively important. It's likely if she ends up married, no one would know besides her significant other and very close friends.

Family
ishgard did her family well for a few years during the war until a series of unfortunate events befell them. her mother grew ill and passed from it. her dad was murdered. this left her sister and brother behind. her sister went into hiding and hasn't been found since. call it wishful thinking but altessa thinks she's out there somewhere. as far as her brother goes, he took it upon himself to leave the family on his own accord to be one of the better knights that altessa knew she couldn't be for her grand search. this left her as an orphan in ul'dah with nowhere left to turn.

Friends
these are the people that get her through on a daily basis - rather they're loud, small, tall, or gentle. it's hard for her to make friends - and if it's one thing she does not like: mixing and mingling. if she thinks her friends aren't capable of handling one another, she won't introduce them.

significant others
it's hard for this strange girl to delve into relationships of any kind. she's easier to make threats than she is to try and swoon. so no, she isn't the type to go out of her way for those relationships. in most cases, she can be pretty dense so unless someone is upfront about how they feel, then efforts may go to waste. she's very emotionally attached to people, meaning she's more likely to have an interest in those she hangs around often rather she realizes it or not. she can swing either way.

altessa became an orphan around her teenage years. in the streets of ul'dah with nowhere left to go, by happenstance she ran into pierce. he and his family took her in under their wing. although he was more protective of her than they, he helped put her back together, so-to-speak. she learned about some of his family's work business, but it didn't exactly involve her in the slightest. her concerns regarding it have been pushed to the side for years.

general
pierce is - as claimed by altessa, not pierce - one of her friends. regardless if he refuses to see it or how many times it's brought up. she owes him alot. until he tells her she doesn't owe him anymore, by any favor or by any means, she remains where she stands with him. after her debt is owed, she will continue to try and be friends with them - no matter how rough it may be.

currently
overall, she takes a lot of his brunt force than most; being called names, being pushed around, verbal assaults, etc., but through most of that she sees something more. it's deep down, but it's becoming harder and harder for her to dig him out of his troubles and family.

lately as he finds himself into more trouble, she finds herself more torn away from him. she doesn't agree with his ideals in the least bit or with how much patience he takes to talk to or try to teach how to talk to others. it's been wearing very thin.

after a night where pierce belligerently ended up drunk at a party, he continued to make a fool of himself. not really knowing what to do at the party in general, altessa ended up feeling cornered so she decided to ignore him. the same night he ended up getting in a fight with a few girls which ultimately ended his dumb ass in jail. although she was only caught for the tail end of the fight, she was looking for pierce's guidance to help him, but he continued to ask others around him which made her realize where she stands in their friendship. she doesn't feel the need to stick aorund as much since he doesn't care.

chiedu is a more recent friend of altessa's. they can bond over a lot, which sometimes happens to be watching pierce make a fool of himself on most occasions.

there's a solace she finds talking and being around her dragon-friend. she can spend time with him without hesitating to speak her mind or how she feels. she values his friendship as odd as he may seem to most or many.

not diving into his past, she realizes there's some darker history with him that she's not interested in asking about. without doubt she would be there for chiedu without hesitation.

tintia is thus far one of altessa's most unreliable friends. she's goofy, doesn't make sense, not very bright, however, she is good for a couple of laughs and passing the time.

she's not one to turn down fights when she sees them. although she's easily annoyed with tintia, she lets her do...well her.

the last encounter they had together was when pierce went to prison. although she expected tintia to bail, she stuck around anyway - not to just talk to her but to talk to the rest of the people involved.

he sort of just came out of the blue. in many ways she looks up to him for not only standing up to pierce, but because he actually stands there and listens to pierce objectively.

ashel defended altessa through his own morals, and although she's used to having her name and dignity dragged through the mud, she appreciates everything - all - that he has said and done to try and man pierce up in any way that he can. even if that means a stern beating. in many ways she wished that one night he would have beat pierce up with his shitty attitude.

right now she's leaning more toward following ashel's lead in some senses.

like most, he ran out of the woodwork. altessa is very fond of this guy, and in many ways finds his humor awkward and charming. although he can be a little strange at times, he definitely is one of the kinder individuals she's met out there. he, unlike some of her other friends, has a more gentle way of speaking to her.

she has found his company to be endearing unlike many others. because of this, she's having feelings unburrow. although she doesn't know what this means yet, she's learning.
